Jeff Hohenkerk
Jeff Hohenkerk is the President and CEO of Campbellford Memorial Hospital (CMH) with over 35 years of healthcare leadership and operational experience in various multi-sectoral healthcare settings in urban and rural communities. Before arriving at CMH, Jeff was a Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer at Quinte Health, where his portfolios included Human Resources, Clinical Services, Partnerships, Digital Health, and Transformation throughout Quinte Health’s four hospitals. Jeff has also served as a Director of Medical Imaging and Laboratory Medicine at the Rouge Valley Health System in Scarborough. Jeff is a values-based leader who believes a leader's greatest strength lies in their ability to empower and inspire others. Jeff has a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Toronto, an Advanced Leadership Certificate from the Rotman School of Management and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Coach. He is well known for his executive change management and improvement coaching roles for the Ontario Ministry of Health and numerous Hospitals for improving patient flow, access and wait times. He has a track record of leading transformational change, developing organizations, leading people to realize their full potential, fostering true partnerships and collaboration, and delivering patient-centric results. He is a Certified Health Executive with CCHL and is a licensed Medical Radiation Technologist. Jeff enjoys various sports, and spending time with family.
