Vanessa Francis Gray, AICP, is a professional development coach who brings her 15 years professional expertise to a diverse range of clients, offering her services in two distinct capacities. As an independent coach, catering to high-level leaders and business owners, helping them navigate their unique leadership challenges. In addition, Vanessa provides invaluable coaching support to Department of Army staff, fostering their personal and professional growth. Vanessa's journey as a coach began with her comprehensive training under the tutelage of Two Roads Leadership, a coach training program approved by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). During her training, Vanessa's mentor coaches recognized her immense potential and encouraged her to put her coaching skills into practice immediately. Subsequently, she embarked on her coaching journey, working with professionals hailing from various fields, including the travel industry, film and television, federal government, and the tech sectors. In 2023, Vanessa took a significant step in her coaching career by establishing her independent coaching platform, VFG Consulting Group.
