Daniel J. Siegel
Attorney Daniel J. Siegel is a nationally recognized authority on ethics, technology, data protection and cybersecurity, civil litigation, and workers’ compensation matters. He is principal of the Law Offices of Daniel J. Siegel, LLC and Integrated Technology Services, LLC. Dan also serves as Vice-Chair of the ABA Law Practice Division, Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Committee on Legal Ethics, and Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Technology Committee. Dan provides techno-ethics counsel on cybersecurity, technology, and other issues. His practice includes representing attorneys in disciplinary matters, providing professional responsibility guidance to attorneys and firms, serving as appellate counsel, and representing individuals in workers’ compensation and personal injury matters.
