Pauline Field
Pauline Field, a London-born dynamo, embodies a legacy of leadership and service. Retired three times, she now guides people to retiring happily. She founded the nonprofit 50/50 Leadership and spearheaded the Glendale Commission on the Status of Women. Previously, she managed research and development for a health organization and pioneered International FieldWorks, Inc., propelling it into Inc. magazine's list of fastest-growing companies. A prolific author and media personality, Pauline's influence extends to numerous boards and organizations, including the United Nations Association and the Girls Scouts Council. Her accolades, including Businesswoman of the Year and recognition by the Los Angeles Times, reflect her enduring impact. Amidst her achievements, Pauline finds joy with her spouse and their cherished rescue dog, Marley, in Seal Beach, California.
