David Speicher, CTO at Aspire Indiana, started his career at Johnson Controls where he commissioned and validated building management software for pharmaceutical and biotech companies subject to FDA regulations with projects in South Korea and in Sao Paulo. David also spent some time at the Pentagon providing software solutions to meet post 9/11 security requirements. That led Speicher to Aspire where he developed mental health software solutions for their Electronic Health Record.
