We live in a world that’s constantly changing. We watched our parents go to work, come home, take care of the family, go to bed and repeat the same routine at least five days out of the week. We also heard our parents complain about their job that they went to every day. Some parents worked two jobs just to make ends meet. They worked so hard to make sure that the families had whatever they needed. And we grew up doing the same thing as our parents. Many parents worked at the same job for 25 years or more. We rarely see that type of loyalty to an employer anymore.
