Episode Description
The buzz: HR pop quiz. HR in the cloud is a business discussion, not a technology discussion. Yet, companies with decades of significant dollars, hours, and mindshare invested in on-premise solutions are inundated with tech-speak messages about digitalization and easier upgrades. The result? HR decision makers do not understand how to complete this business-impact statement: 'I should care about cloud right now because…' The experts speak. Sheila McGovern, IBM: 'The tipping point is that magic moment when an idea, trend, or social behavior crosses a threshold, tips, and spreads like wildfire' M. Gladwell. Eric Ernst, EY: 'Out of clutter, find simplicity' A. Einstein. David Ludlow, SAP SuccessFactors: 'It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent…It is the one that is most adaptable to change' L. C. Megginson. Todd Asevedo, SAP SuccessFactors: 'Nature abhors a vacuum' Aristotle. Join us for HR On-Premise: Should I Stay or Should I Go?
