As a communication trainer, keynote speaker, author and coach, I specialize in leadership, influence and emotional mastery. One of youngest in a family of 7, I had a habit of picking fights (even with bosses) and got away with it for many years! By the time I reached my late teens, this was causing havoc in my life.
My sister Pat helped me to see I was the common denominator in each of these conflicts. This insight led to my epiphany and was the catalyst for the career I have today.
Years later, Pat developed the communication model: Predator, Prey, Partner(R) helping people to eliminate conflict in their lives. I spent 35 years mastering my Partner attitude and behaviors. The last 20 years on training leaders and teams, offering them instantly applicable skills and mindset to communicate mutual respect and manage themselves under pressure to be the best Partners they can be.
My understanding of the human psyche is extensive. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I’m a Professional Certified Coach and Master Practitioner of NLP and author of “The Ego Tango, How to Get More of What You Want, More Often with Less Hassle.” Along with the help of the improvisational theatre philosophy, “Make your partner look good,” I create newsletters, blogs, webinars and podcasts reinforcing powerful and effective skills for life. I work cross culturally, around the globe, online and ready to share the universality of this approach.
