Help Wanted: Recruiting in Today's World

Nicky Wallace founded NMW Consulting Group in May 2021. After ten years supporting numerous companies with their recruiting needs, she saw time and again the demand on HR Professional’s time. Over time and many conversations with top leaders in the field, she realized recruiting was daunting for these HR professionals and often was being pushed to the end of their “to-do” list because of the time that it takes. Today, NMW Consulting Group partners with companies to provide Talent Acquisition services for overtasked Human Resource professionals that need additional support sourcing top talent. Nicky later started Recruit DSM and Hire DSM - two companies dedicated to partnering with clients through outsourced recruiting functions (Recruit DSM) or her latest venture, full staffing services with Contract, contract to hire and direct placement services (HIRE DSM). Being able to serve her clients, no matter what their goals or approach for hiring are is something she is very proud of. Outside of work, she enjoys being a mom to two beautiful daughters, wife to her husband, Matt, reading, traveling and time with family and friends!
